Piero has a bunch of exhaustive lists on his main site. the book that his jazz history "summarizes" seems to have almost every album ever made (not quite) and sells for peanuts on Kindle. not that you're always going to agree with the guy, but he's very consistent, so that it's not hard to get a handle on what you'd like to hear based his ratings. very useful for expanding one's pallet.
