Hi there can somebody help me please
i have an alto sax and finding it hard to get my little finger on my left hand down to press the key for c4
are there any alternative way to play it ?

What kind of horn are you playing? Do you have small hands? If this is the case you may want to look into a student model horn as they are geared toward smaller hands for youngsters.

Could the thumb-rest be adjusted too high, thereby causing you to reach further? Although many saxes don't have an adjustable thumb-rest.
