c melody or tenor

is this sax a c melody or a tenor? i am interested in buying it but i don;t want a c melody..

Don't buy it then. It has the wrap around alternate F# which for early Bueschers, makes it a C-Melody. The tenors had the spoon alternate F# key running parallel to the main keys (though Buescher C-Melodies after 200,XXX may have them as well, though they are more rare). Shape and length of the bell also screams C-Melody.
