Funny story... I had the transcription for about 20 minutes. I was late doing a transcription project at the end of my final semester at Berklee, and as soon as I finished taking down the solo, I ran to the mail room to put it in my teacher's box before they closed. Classes were over for the semester and I would have been screwed if I didn't get it into the mailbox in time, so I never had a chance to photocopy it. In short, nope, sorry!

Here are the changes I eventually got, these are for tenor and in Bb.

The form is A A B B C A

A = | Em7 G7 | C7 B7 | Em7 G7 | C7 B7b5 | Em7 G7 | C7 B7 | Em7 G7 | C7 B7b5 |

B = | Em7 Fmaj7 | Am7 B7 | Am7 G7 | F#m7 B7 | Em7 Fmaj7 | Am7 B7 | Em7 G7 | C7 B7b5 |

C = | Bb7sus | A7 sus | G#m7 | Gm7 | F#m7 | Fm7 | Em G7 | C7 B7 |

I hope this helps, if you find chords which fit better please let me know.

I got some help from Joey on that C section. Thanks Mr. C.

If everyone who doesn't have it said they don't, this thread would be miles long...
I guess I have to apologize because now I realize that Louis is not just another SOTW member.

Which is a surprise. But i what i did see on your site yesterday was Delta City Blues transcription which is an amazing solo by Mike and a great piece of work on your website. Thanks so much louis, was this a recent addition ?
No it wasn't a recent addition. The transcription page isn't updated in a while.

Thanks for visiting the site!

Louis your website is a great legacy to one of the modern day giants. I am certain that if anyone who is serious about studying the pre-eminent voice of improvisation in a University context or of their own free will and accord, then you have it all there. Thanks to MB of course.

Close.
Here's what I got during the presentation of the melody. keep in mind that during solos, specificity of the chords frees up quite a bit.

ll: D5/9 G-/C l Bb-7(add 9) A+7 l D-7 Eb/F l Bb-7 Eb7 (9,#11, 13) l
D5/9 G-/C l Bb7 A+7 l [1st ending] D-7 Eb/F l Bb7 (#11) A+7 :ll [2nd ending] D-7 (add 11) G-/C l Bb7 A+7 (b9) ll
