Considering buying a Bundy BTS 300. I'd appreciate any and all feedback on this horn. I'm a beginner. Thanks.

Assuming BTS is tenor? I have just recently tried the Alto, which I think it's great for the pricing. So I am assuming the Tenor won't be too far off.

Since the new YTS-23 and BTS-300 are essentially the same sax (both China/Taiwan made), the BTS is a better value. However, you can get a used or vintage sax for the same price (of either) and have far more sax for the money (ie pro model)!

But, if new is the only option, then check out these brands in a similar price range (student prices, Intermediate quality, professional features):

Bauhous Walstien (sp?)
Kessler
Allora
Amati

and others I can't think of right now (too hot and humid, my brain is frying!)
