Yes, that sounds odd.
I am guessing the seller just noted that it is shorter than a Soprano, and assumed the next step 'up' in small must mean it is a Sopranino....although what he/she really has there is a C Soprano.....
Either that, or it is in fact a true Sopranino, but certainly NOT keyed in C.....
