I was looking at some things online last night, and noticed that the Brilhart 3-band ligs were often stamped with numbers on the reed plate. IE I found pics of two alto ligs with the plastic plate, one stamped #2, the other stamped #3. I did some quick Googling (it was late and I confess I didn't search TOO deeply) and couldn't find any information, so I was curious if anyone knew what those numbers meant.

Probably a mold number if the character is raised.
