I have one very much like this horn, but somewhat newer...mine is SN 29XXX. Though the photos do not show this, I suspect that the one for sale probably has dual octave keys. FWIW...I think that by the time you factor in the cost of an overhaul you would be 'pretty deep into' this one in terms of $$$. It is also possible that it could be a High Pitch horn which would make it very much not usable for ensemble playing. I didn't notice a photo of the bell engraving that might have had the 'HP' or 'LP' marking. If you are looking at this as a player, it is probably not the right horn...if you are a collector it might be pretty cool to own.
