I can tell you right away why Bran doesn't get that credit. His sound is classic. Nobody much plays soprano for tone today. Just not sounding like the G-man is enough. :(

Another thing he doesn't get respect for is his classical alto playing. It's very academically incorrect, but incredibly warm and animated. None of that brassiness in the upper range. Here he is playing Ibert's Concertino.

Sounds nice. Shame on Wynton for criticizing his brother for working with Sting. While I'm not a huge fan of Sting, it's still a great gig for a musician.
