An epoch-making ligature made with an unprecedented design that has been featured in television and newspapers. And the epoch-making idea is patent-registered! Solving the worries of players who were worried about the volume and thickness of the sound, based on the experience of Hayao Kumagai, our representative and saxophone player of the inventor, and the idea born of overcoming a large wall in the United States. Being a ligature is definitely a ligature!
The wire ligature is a newer idea than the patented (No. 6183937) and faculty of American prestigious music colleges, Berklee College of Music, and the sax major at the New England Conservatory, and there is a big difference in sound. It is also a highly anticipated ligature that has received a high evaluation when it can be felt!
Want to change the sound to attract more audiences than ever before?

Use that thing with a Klangbogus and an $80 high mass neck screw with a fake gem in it and you will be other-worldly.................

C'mon guys this is epoch making. I see delivery is likely to be affected by Halloween and is not for nervous people.

Re: Wired Ligature

Brilliant! Attach a Klangbogen to that sucker and you'll be playing like a pro in no time. Heck, it might even pick up wifi.

I've always thought those inaudible mouthpiece vibrations was what my sound has been missing. I wonder if a gold one has a richer sound than brass.

Cue the gullible masses who demand scientific proof that this doesn't do a damn thing then dismiss said proof.

Holy Bop!

I'm just wary that the plastic used in the tip of the wires not to scratch the neck will dampen the sound like the cork, maybe for a better result you should go raw, metal to metal and let that suckers transmit all the vibrations. Oh yeah, a secondary effect is that the immense vibration will actually sooth your fingers and release tension, making you be able to finger faster notes.

Re: Wired Ligature

There is another company who is attempting the same thing, but instead of using a 'twisted coat hanger" approach, they are using a what can compare to a 'smashed penny in one of those machines at tourist attractions"

The good news is you can get this one in SOLID GOLD, if you want to spend 500 euro (don't forget to order your elastic bands (they are extra)!

I think you need to remove the plastic sleeves and then solder it to the neck to make it work.
well, yes ( they kept the plastic thing but they thought of the bridge in another ligature they sell)

setting this thing up must be a complex thing see how difficult it is with individual pressure screws on he plate, guaranteed to be more than just fiddly, and for a mere $205 +$25 a lot of entertainment, hours of fun setting it up

Rube Goldberg would be proud. All it needs is a Bluetooth connected smartphone app that measures clamping force, reed temperature and moister levels and total number of reed oscillations. It could be like a Fitbit but for saxophone playing. The "Fit-Lig" can be used to measure the fitness of your lip based upon the number reed oscillations per daily practice session.
