It is the police band of Slovakia and the guy is the former invisible man which was employed by the " Secret " Police of Slovakia before the democratisation and the accident which lost him his invisibility........
I thought "bold" and "photographer" have the same meaning...
I am a bald photographer but not particularly bold
If only this man had a plenoptic camera, it wouldn't take him so long to focus his shots.
yes, but this photographer knows how to use This
In this video one of the cameramen @0:20 tries to make a run for it during Zorn's solo! He even picks up his gear @ 0:27!
Sheesh! Everyone's a critic! ;)

So as long as his subjects are beyond the hyperfocal distance of his lens, he doesn't need to worry about focusing at all, right?

Thanks for sharing this clip.
exactly, oldest trick in the book. If you use serious wideangles it is always everything sharp. News photographers learned to do this early. Cartier-Bresson made much use of this because precisely focussing a Leica I c must have been a bummer. Even people like Weegee with his large format speed graphic often times used with a bulb flash, made use of this to capture news shots.
