Duo Project with very well know St. Louis guitarist Dave Black, I'm also playing in his quartet.

Here are three tunes with Dave on Nylon String guitar and me on soprano flute and tenor

Stella, Alone Together and Another You.......

Great fun to be playing with top players in town and making a little money.......of course a lot more playing steel drum in the Jimmy Buffett cover band. However it seems to be balancing itself out. A little Karma on the upside is nice.

As you know I prefer more original music, but I've got to say you two have done some nice plastic surgery on those old Hos. When it sounds that nice I might even sneak a listen once in a while. Fine guitarist, and you can certainly do the mainstream thing very well. Played with excellent feeling and very musical. I think it's the first time I've heard you on flute, also top notch playing.

I know I shouldn't, but I thoroughly enjoyed that.

How I'm doing our first concert with the free jazz bass duo on January 27th. We'll will record it and I'll send you one. Should be a video on youtube too. Trying to get someone from Webster U to do it with a high quality camera.

Jan 9th doing a hidef video shoot with the guitar players band all his tunes and they are fantastic. Gorgeous stuff that guy can hear around a corner man. Top drummer in town too. Can't wait.
