The question- I learn quickly and have a pretty decent grasp on music in general but just picked up sax. I am looking for well done videos on youtube that are at a faster pace and get to the heart of the matter more quickly than the ones I am finding, any suggestions?
Some details- I have dabbled in several instruments over the years and feel I finally found one that really suits me. I am picking it up because my 5th grade son is learning and often struggles with new things, setting expectations too high for himself and getting stressed. I figure I can learn with him and help coach him. He has an alto and I am getting a tenor and an alto. From the sounds of it, I will be teaching my other kids as well :mrgreen:
I literally just started playing. I played for the first 3 times this last week. That said, I have never felt this kind of connection with an instrument so I am really diving in. It helps that I am always looking for fun things to do with my kids.
