I got a Martin C melody and I was hoping they still made books for them, but amazon seem to have nothing about them other then history. Any suggestions?

Well, they are keyed in C. You can use music from any instrument keyed in C to play though you may need to transpose down an octave or so...

It's a saxophone. The genius of the invention by Adolphe Sax consist in that all the saxophones, whether in Bb, Eb, F or C, have the same fingerings. Any book about how to learn to play the saxophone will do, therefore.
If this is your first experience with playing a saxophone, I would earnestly advice to get a teacher.
