There are loads of classical players that play this piece. It was on the program for 2 or 3 performances at this year's region 5 NASA Conference. So yeah, very widely played.

I heard this piece played a couple of days ago, and I was floored both by the beauty of the music and by the incredible virtuosity of the player. Unbelievable.
