I've been having trouble with the low Bb to low Db transition (left pinky) on my SDA. Seems the Db key sticks up about 1 mm higher than the neighboring pinky keys, making it difficult to roll smoothly from Bb to Db. Can this key be adjusted down, and if so, how?

While I was examining the left pinky key cluster on my SDA tenor, I noticed that the springs for these keys are located approximately two inches below the keys, behind the rods. I would imagine that a tech may be able to easily correct this problem by adjusting the springs and/or possibly adding on or shaving off some cork in that region of keys.

That's the problem, no tech anywhere near at the moment. I was hoping that maybe someone has done this adjustment before and could give me some more exact instructions. There is nothing obvious to adjust that would correct the problem, or maybe I am overlooking the obvious...
