I have been playing on a stock OL circa 2009 on my soprano and although I could play the full range I thought it could and should do more. I felt it had too much resistance and the piece could provide more response.

Rather than trying yet another soprano piece I sent it to GW mouthpiece last week.

It was returned today and Greg (who has refaced or sold me many pieces in the past) did a wonderful job of balancing the rails and making a true .070 from what was supposed to be an 8* although Greg said it was actually measuring a 6 prior to his work.

Hooray for GW. :)
