Hello everyone,
I have a new blog post up at http://www.jondelucia.com/vandoren-speed-bach/. This time I'm talking a bit about my new book idea, including a sample page I would love to get your feedback on. I'm extracting diatonic sequences from Bach works and writing them out in different keys. This is something I've worked on on my own for a while now. I also put out a CD of Bach and other baroque music 2 years ago, lucetrio.bandcamp.com, and baroque music in general informs a lot of my jazz playing. Check it out and tell me what you think. Thanks!

I enjoyed this video, nice work. I swear your bass player is playing a bass I sold years ago in NYC. Exactly like it with cracks in all the same places. Look's like the original bow quiver too. I know this is unlikely but that would be cool if it was so.

Thanks, don't mind at all. That was a great night to share the stage with some real legit Bach interpreters. I'll post more examples soon, I have 7 so far.
