Lately I've been noticing a lot of cracking in my left wrists in addition to a lot of pain in my forearm (particularly when bending). I know this isn't a medical forum...but does anyone recognize this sort of feeling?

Internet diagnosis not easy! But with painful and noisy wrist + forearm pain I'd consider tenosynovitis, which is one to get professional advice on as it can be a pig (there's a thread on it somewhere). May simply be a joint problem, of course, but wrists don't normally make that much noise so worth checking out too.

Everyone else will know more accurately what it is because their mother once had exactly the same thing, etc (!), but I can't because I'm just a doctor.
