Are Legere reeds incrypted???

The last two Legere Signature reeds that I have purchased have not played well. I am within the timeframe where I can still exchange the latest one. But to be quite honest, I am not certain which of the two was the latest purchased. If I send it back for exchange, will they have any way of knowing if it's the one I purchased within the last month or if it's the one I purchased a few months ago?? Wondering if they are invisibly incrypted somehow?? Thx ~

Email Legere and explain the confusion. I've always found them very accommodating and
willing to be flexible in finding a satisfactory solution for musicians.

Cheers

'incrypted': being locked in a crypt with an encrypted combination for the door.

I was thinking of a number that they could read with a scanner or under certain type of light. It would seem they would have some system in place since they only exchange once as far as I know and they have the 30 day thingy in place. I sent them an email and asked, and hopefully they'll get back to me. Maybe it's a weird question!!!
