Looks pretty cool....part saxophone, part flute. No clue what it is, but I sense that it might not be of European origin. Don’t think it is a snake charmer’s flute though.

It's on shopgoodwill.com. They call it a miniature gold clarinet. It looks more like a closed hole flute with clarinet style bell. I was interested because it looks well made. Not a toy.
