I'm in the Nashville Chapter, if you are looking to enter on your own you have to have been a member since June 30th to submit entries.

If your label is going to enter for you the recordings had to be released by Oct. 1, 2010 – Sept. 30, 2011 to be eligible for the 54th Grammy's.

Get with your regional director but I think you're just too late for entries (the New York Chapter President is Jennifer Blakeman);
