Yes, I've seen it on a 20's stencil, just a name - some more detailed pictures might help us identify the manufacturer.

By the way, that's a modern Orpheus Orpheo on the left...

Looks very much like an alto from the proportions - there were no (or none that I've seen) stencil C-Melody saxes with alto-style necks, so you're on reasonably safe ground. Only (very) minor chance is that it's a C-Mel body with an alto neck, but I don't think so. And stencils tended not to be High Pitch, it'd be a rare 'un if it was.
