I actually have both the Alto and Bari Silver Plated Artist Series saxes and was thinking about getting the matching soprano because I recently did a gig for a musical and being an Eb only musician... transposing clarinet to alto throughout the entire musical was NOT fun at all. I would also like to know how the Jupiter Sopranos play and how they sound tonally and what not.
Anybody played one of the Jupiter Artist series sopranos?
If so, your thoughts if you please. Thinking about a new sop soon, but not sure I want to/can afford a new Yamaha or Yanagisawa. I play an older Jupiter 547 now, and would kind of like to stay with what's familiar as far as ergonimics go. Any feedback would be most appreciated.
