And I mean players other than those who have their own YouTube channels like Dan Forshaw, Jay Metcalf, Snake Davis, etc. Nothing against those guys - I generally enjoy their videos. But I'd love to see more videos of jazz players playing acoustic jazz in the straight ahead style who play on Yanis. Seems like you can find a number of folks who play Yani altos and soprano but it's pretty rare to find a Yani tenor player.

Vincent Herring used to play a Yani tenor some years back (though he is primarily an alto player) - not sure if he still does.

Altos and sopranos galore! But you are right that I can’t think of any tenors. I think they have a decent market share for classical tenor players, but I can’t think of any famous jazz or rock/pop players that are known to use them.

There are a few big name alto players that play Yani's, but not much on tenor. http://www.yanagisawasax.co.jp/en/artists.html
