Santy was my grandpa, had a great engineering mind, made some great mouthpieces, loved bass fishing, loved to watch boxing, and had a fantastic sense of humor. These are all things I've come to know about him since I was a youngin'. But what I've become curious about lately is if there's any records of him playing. Naturally, I was always drawn to his playing and what he was working with. I have vhs tapes of him playing at his annual birthday jam at Antlers here in Lafayette, but that's about it. Any information about some recordings would be greatly appreciated.

--Just realized he died on this day in 2003, happy death day buster.

Thanks,
Matt C.

I'll give it a shot, after Santy passed there was some bad blood between Jody and my mom. Unfortunately, this might deter Jody from responding to me. It would make sense to reach out to him though, I know him and Santy were close. Thanks for the reply.
