Alright, well here's the story. I went to work the other day, and my boss told me that we're having a holiday fest on Tuesday, and he confined in my his hints at a saxophone trio. I told him I'd be able to get one pretty easily, but he couldn't dish out the extra money for music (cheap ***, lol). I like the guy a lot, so I told him I'd do what I could. I actually have given his kid a few sax lessons (7th grade, not bad for his age).

So yeah, I've found this site:
http://www.music-scores.com/christmas/composer.php

And although it isn't bad, the pieces are terribly easy, and quite short - but I guess that's what I get for free music, huh? :D

Anyways, if any of you know anything that may work, PLEASE let me know. This is a bari sax, alto sax, and tenor sax trio. As well, we don't want anything too difficult (we're all fairly good musicians), but something that's entertaining, although I will take what I can get!

Thanks. I need this by Sunday as well, let's see what we can do :].

Thanks again

I think for free the trios you mentioned are very good - I downloaded them myself last year. I think they're very flexible pieces and the harmonies give you that 'Salvation Army sound', perfect for carols.

Maybe you'll have to buy some yourself - you can always use them for other events.

Thanks a lot, guys. We decided that we're going to take the 7 pieces I do have, and repeat them one time each (but we're going to take each one slow), then on the second repeat, the other two will drop down to piano, and a soloist will have a chance to roam. You know how it goes, though; if people hear noise they'll be content ^_^.

Anyways, our closer is going to be a neat thing that me and the alto player do often: We state a key at the beginning, then chase one another around different keys improving off of one another and following key changes. It's a lot of fun, and sounds really neat.

I think it's worth it though. My boss is giving us all 10 dollar gift cards to the store, I'm getting paid, and he's letting us set up a tip jar. We just want to play though, so all is cool :]
