I don't know the model but it looks very much like one I owned maybe 15 years ago, I'm sure they've improved since then, hope so anyway. Couple of things to look for: 1) pay attention to the long rods, mine had a lot of play in them, so much that I tied a bread tie around them to keep them seated. 2) check the engraving, mine was very rough and caused visible wear on my right pants leg. 3) mine was not super responsive, be sure to play it and be conscious of the response.

I contacted Antigua and they were able to identify the horn as an A565-LQ Antigua Elite Eb Baritone Saxophone. Produced in 02. Anybody have any further info on this horn? Dave Kessler maybe?
