Occasionally, I will get my hands on a vintage bari or bass keyed to only high Eb.
Does anyone have good altissimo/harmonic fingerings for high E and F?

On sopranos keyed only up to Eb3, you can get an E by adding the G# key to the Eb3 fingering. Though this works on my soprano with the limited keywork, it won't work on my old Conn bari. For E3 on the bari, first finger Eb3, then let go of the D palm key and add LH 123 and the G# in one quick movement. That should get a pretty good E3. For F3 you can try overblowing/harmonics when fingering F2. You could also go LH 123, RH 1, Side Bb, which will get you F#3, and try lipping that down to F.
