Hi,

Has anyone got a finger chart for the altissimo on a Buescher tenor & alto?

Regards!

I believe it would be the same chart as for any other tenor & alto. In any case, there are several fingerings for any given altissimo note. It's largely a matter of trying various fingerings and finding which speaks best for you. In spite of my first sentence, it is true that different horns might respond differently in the altissimo range to different fingerings. But I'm fairly certain you can't specify this.

One thing I noticed is the Bueschers 'speak' very well in the altissimo range and maintain good tone and intonation on those high notes (assuming you have some practice playing altissimo). Better than my VI tenor, which is not bad.
