Are there any non-Conn necks out there that work well with the 10M? Any aftermarket necks designed for it specifically? I saw a china cheapo on ebay that claims to work on the 10M, but I'm pretty skeptical.

I have a 1945 10M with a Buescher TT neck and it doesn't play in tune with that neck. Looking for a replacement or alternative.

Get yourself a 16M neck. It's effectively the same as a 10M neck.

Secondhandsaxes.com has one for around US$100.00. (He's also got a couple of actual 10M necks, but they're quite a bit more expensive.)

For that matter, if you came up with a cheap underslung double socket Conn neck, you COULD have the tenon and octave key from the Buescher neck transferred over.
