Apparently since 2012...
But I have the impression they are not handmade, but made in factories. They look like Asian made, I could be wrong.
Maybe they do their own design specifications and tweaking before selling them?

The normal models are manufactured in Taiwan and assembled (or set up?) in Belgium (Bruges, by Karel himself).
He also has a student model (Alto only) is made in China, and I assume also assembled (or set up?) in Belgium.
I don't know if the Sax4Pax models are made in Asia? The brass (from WW-II shells) was recycled in The Netherlands, but I don't know where the saxes were made.
