That's no Buescher stencil. I can see in the pics where it says 'Made in ????' under the serial number, but I can't make out the country. I think it might be Holland...there was some company there that made a lot of stencils, but I can't remember what it is called.

My bad, I went and checked out the instrument and I think that it is a Shenkelaars stencil; it is stamped made in Holland. It has rolled tone holes, an alternate G# trill key, and the bell lip is folded and roll just like my 1964 Keilwerth New King IV. The bell brace is a ring. Google images seem to imply Keilwerth and Amati affiliations.
Perhaps a mod could move this to the correct section.
