are you playing alto or tenor and do you have a high f# key?
on alto with the high f# key i would use the fork F#: then finger a g#: with 1,3 left hand, 1,3, RH and side C key then for A :2,3, left hand 1.2.3. RH.
this may work on your tenor also or you may have to use an alternate for the A.

solution 1: (the hard way)

(all w/ octave key)

alto:
E: front F, _23|___
F#: front F, _2_|___ side Bb
G#: front F, side Bb
A: _23|___

tenor or baritone:
E: standard
F#: 1_3|1__
G#: add side C key
A: _23|___ G# key
(also works on some altos, minus G# key)

solution 2: (the easy way)

click here and hit "buy it now".
