Hi Folks
Well our last event was a success, we had 21 players plus Chris and I starting with a special arrangement of Largo from the New World Symphony. We then broke the group out into quintets for an hour and gave them a piece each that would be possible but challenging. Then they all performed in front of their peers. This was repeated after lunch with new tunes and it was great to see some people who had never played in public before, strutting their stuff.

The next session is already booked for the 20th April 2011 at the same venue. The Leicester South Salvation Army Hall in South Wigston, Leicester.

It will run on the same format and the cost is £30 pp. Registration starts at 9.30am and we start playing from 10am until 3pm with 30 mins for lunch. The day is open to any one 11 years old and over with at least 12 months playing experience

Look forward to hearing from you soon
