There has been an announcement about the for sale rules being updated by the 4th of July.

I haven’t been able to understand what’s changed. Could someone please explain?

It’s not a new announcement.

That is a notice which has been there for a year, and refers to the no bumping rules made last July which are there in the rules when you click on the notice.

It’s basically to let people know the rules changed in July.

To clarify we should put the year on as well as the month.

We get people who log in to sell something after not being here for 15 years.

To those people some of the rules are new.

The notice is loud and obnoxious but still people don't see it so perhaps the new rules will be new forever, or until we get newer or newest rules.
