Groovus, a 5 piece jazz/rock/funk band will be playing a free concert for the 4th festivities on Lake Jackson in Sebring, Florida, behind the civic center from 6-8pm. Fireworks will go off at 9 pm after the star spangled banner is sung by local singer Nellie Guzman.
