Hi All,

on the 28th of august it`s gonna happen. I`m going to get professionally recorded..:tongue9:

I`m helping out a dutch indie band (www.bird-music.nl ) with their 2nd CD recording. they make some real mellow easy listening music.

They`ve got 2 tracks for me to play, but I'm getting a bit nervous..

Are there any experienced players who want to share some of there experiences and/or have some hints/tips for a first timer.

hope some of you have some advice..

regards

Koen

If you're a "mover" don't. Stay as close to one position for the microphone as possible. Relax, close your eyes (if it helps) and have the engineer balance your sound in the headphones with the rest of the music so that you don't over/under blow.

Have fun.
