I think everyone knows this already, but Mark is an exceptional person to deal with. Just had my second or third purchase from him. He is always willing, patient, honest, and communicates well. It’s a breath of fresh air to deal with an actual human being who knows the ins and outs of the products he sells.

Yeah, Mark’s definitely a good cat to chat with, I always learn a little tidbit about mouthpieces or something about playing. He cares a lot about his work and it shows in how he conducts his business: great products and equally great customer service. Thanks, Mark!
