  1. Baritone mpc
I've just bought a Selmer Super Sax baritone (1930) in very good shape; with it came a Berg 100 2 SMS 'piece that really looks more like plastic than HR - did Berg use this material or is just very smooth HR? It has the milled finish and a bullet chamber... Any advice appreciated!
  2. Sax vs. Sax, Mpc vs. Mpc, etc.
I prefer Metal on the lower saxes (Tenor, Baris) and Rubber on the higher ones for Jazz. Obviously there are many choices of different mouthpieces, but in general what do you prefer?

And what is the best way to take care of it?
  4. Tenor mpc

  7. Alto mpc
I found a mouthpiece at a garage sale and was hoping maybe it was worth something. It's a hard rubber alto sax mouthpiece. It has an eagle on the back with trade on the left of it and mark on the right. It's designed like a Rashcer but I doubt it is. Any ideas, let me know! Thanks.
  8. Sax vs. Sax, Mpc vs. Mpc, etc.
Has anyone compared these two? How different/similar are they? Thinking of around a 7 opening, using on vintage Conn stencil.
