    Default Soprillo mp size(in inches)

    I don't know about you guys, but when I tried a soprano at a music store near my home a year ago, the mp on it seemed awfully small. It was like 2 inches long. If a soprano mp is that small, how small is a soprillo mp?

    Hi!

    Don't know the size of a soprillo mpc, actually.
    But you should see the upper octave vent in the mpc.
    The soprillo is so small that the upper octave vent is in the mpc!

    Yeah, I saw pics of that. It's actually a pretty ingenious design, and it's the only way that you can fit an octave key on a sax that small.
