Can anyone tell me the origin of this saxophone. It has an unusual teardrop shaped bell to body brace. It is engraved Artist on the bell and has a 4 digit serial number with an E prefix (under the thumb rest).
I have been told that it could be a Dolnet Belair?

Yes. Nothing about this one says Dolnet to me though.

I'm going to guess Italian manufacture....possibly Grassi?

Hi,
I don't know what brand it is...
I do know it's certainly not a Dolnet.
Wrong keyguards; wrong bell-adjustment.
might be an Italian or Bohemian horn.

As I said before it is an Orsi, not a Dolnet
