Cannonball Sop's, need first hand knowledge

I'm specifically looking for a black nickel plated curved sop and so far as I can tell the Cannonball sop is the best. If not plz inform me quick cause I'm about to get one.

What are the alternatives? If C'ball makes the only black nickel curved sop then I guess they are the best!

If it's a question of whether there are other curved sops (new or vintage) that may be better, then the answer is "Yes."

tekmOnsta: There may be others in black-nickel. Doesn't Morry say he is selling a Musica with that finish? (I may be wrong there).

A couple of years ago, I tried a Cannonball curved sop in that finish. It was okay but I had my SC902 (Yanagisawa's curved bronze sop) with me and when I played it next to the C-Ball, there was no comparison. My SC902 was a much better horn than that C-Ball.

Of course, those were single examplesof each. It would be hard for anyone to claim the C-Ball was best when we all know horns can vary from horn to horn. DAVE
