Anyone know anything about this group? There's a factory here in the Southeast calling itself Selmer-Conn-Ludwig. What's it about?

Steinway Musical Instruments is the parent company for these and other musical instrument manufacturers. The Selmer they refer to is Selmer USA, not Selmer Paris which is its own company.
