Yeah, when i hit the high g,#g, and a, they almost always come out flat. How do I fix this?

Some overtones practice will do.

Your problem might be concept. If you're thinking of these notes as needing to be "hit", well that's like shooting targets: won't always work. Instead, loosen up, open up your throat, and move the air faster, like you do in the lower range.
