View Full Version : Buffet-Crampon-SA--Possible C melody Sax??? Two Octave Keys

I found a bit more info on this...still if you can help, I'd appreciate it. It is Ani,Evette, & Shaeffer engraved on it. It has two octave keys, pearl keys, dark gold finish. The entire engraving is underneath the buffet-crampon logo. I believe it has alternative low D#, C#, B & Bb keys.

I don't know if you saw my post in one of your prior threads or not, but, yes, the saxpics reference is about the only one of which I know that will give you much information. As far as I know the Buffet-Powell was only made in alto and tenor (makers discontinued Cs by the early 30s). If you stand it up right on the bow, a tenor should be about 29" tall without the neck.
