I am starting on `lto sax. and have BIAB. What is the best way to practice the essentials using this software? And if I have a book with chords entered, are they accompaniment chords or are they in the e flat key? I know I should be able to work this out but I have no theory.

a tough for us to answer remotely. check the preface of the book it shoudl say whether the chords are transposed for your instrument ( to facialitate improv) or if they are in concert key. I have one book, of Grover Washington transcriptons that has both, the concert key in ().

give us the name of the book and it may shed more light.
