What is up with this venue? How do they get away with calling it a Jazz Festival!
They have Blues, Latin, Rock, South Americans playing Pan flutes,Gospel singers, Flaminco dancers, Zydeco, a steel band, a Somba band!
The best band I saw (notice I did not say heard ) was a funk band.
They did put 3 big bands on the streets, one could have been classified as playing jazz. One maybe swing the other was just bad.
For some reason no Jazz combo's and no hip hop or rap for some reason.
Gotta blow.
