:? :? Hi all. Greetings from Argentina. I recently inherited a collection of items from an elderly neighbor who passed away. Among the items was a Piccolo flute. I gather it belonged to his father who was a musician in the early 1900s. I do not have a musical background so I do not know much about this instrument. I did some research online and can reasonably acertain that this instrument pre dates the merger of Rampone Cazzani.
These are the markings on the Piccolo,
Brevettato

A. Rampone
The instrument appears to be made of silver and is about 30 inches long. Im going to try to attach a photo, but if that doesnt work the link below shows an almost identical instrument.

Does anyone have any further info they could share with me. Like the possible age of the instrument, value, and so forth. I would really appreciate it. Thank you. Nancy
