My YTS23 playes very sharp on D (which seems to be the norm for every sax I've played), but as I go into the upper registers things are fine until about A but especially B which is very flat- so much so that I can't even lip it in tune. Even the D & E are pretty flat but I can correct by tightning. Could this indicate adjustment issues? In general the intonation of this horn appears to be pretty good especially in the lower registers and I find it strange that the upper register would be flat since in my experience with Alto is that it generally gets sharp.
Any thoughts or things I could check?

When tuning,
first tune the upper octave to Concert Bb, and Also concert A 440
not the lower octave. You may feel like your really pushing in, but it's got to be in tune.
The sax gets more critical and exact the higher up you go,
so always get the high notes in tune with your tuner. For you, it's your High C and high B.
As you go down the horn you can always relax and lip down any sharp lower notes.
BUT... you can't Lip up flat upper notes
do you understand??
Also don't forget to go up in reed strength as your chops get stronger.
Harder reeds help with building your embouchure muscles.
Also it may be time for you to get a better mouthpiece.
